Antirrhinum Hispanicum ‘Trailing White’

Antirrhinum hispanicum ‘Trailing White’

HAT COLOUR: White

SPECIAL QUALITIES: A compact, trailing snapdragon with typical large flowers that cover the plant

FLOWERS: The pure white flowers smother the trailing stems over the spring months. Cutting back produces a further flowering flush.

PLANTS NEEDED PER SQUARE METRE: 4

HABIT: This creeping snapdragon is a soft stemmed perennial with attractive, rounded, greyish leaves and grows into a small, compact plant.

POSITION & USES: In the garden trailing snapdragons are suited to planting in rock pockets, over retaining walls and to the front of beds containing other small perennials. They are ideally suited to containers and hanging baskets where they make a "full on" eye catching display.

CULTIVATION: Prefers a moist, well drained open soil with plenty of organic matter. Prune back lightly after flowering to encourage a second flush.

FERTILISING: Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed will keep it looking its best.
W: 20 cm, H: 80cm
