Growing Tips: Plant in a protected spot out of fierce sunlight and wind in a well drained but moist soil. May need some support when it ages.

Use: The famous McIllhenny Tabasco sauce from Louisiana is made from this chilli. Adds authentic flavor to cajan/creole dishes but can be used in all cuisines.
