Green Chile Chutney
Yield 4 cups.
Ingredients:
1 kg Green Jalapeno or all Anaheim and a few Japapeno chillies. roasted, peeled and diced.
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon roasted ground oregano
2/3rds cup of cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
Mix all together and cook 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat in an enamel or stainless steel pan. Allow to cool and serve cold.
