Chicken, Fish, Eggs, Mushrooms, Sauces, Butters, Vinegars.

COOKING
True French Tarragon has a medium aniseed flavour and leaves the tongue warm and a little numb. It must be used as fresh as possible as the flavour dissipates very quickly after picking. Tarragon is a star in the food firmament.
