A sun loving, low growing plant that forms a mid-pink carpet in spring.

Growing Tips: Plant in dry exposed spots. It needs little water and will die in heavy, wet soils.

Use: Thyme can be used at all stages of cooking. Early for strong flavour in soups, casseroles etc, late for stir fries and salads or as a garnish for any savory dish. It is high in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are all essential for optimum health.
